UNBLOCK.

Terms of Service

Effective July 10, 2026 · UNBLOCK is in alpha

  1. 1

    The service.

UNBLOCK is an organizational memory service for teams and their AI agents, provided by Kaeva Labs ("we"). These terms cover the alpha of the hosted service, the unblock CLI, the desktop app, and the hosted MCP endpoint.

  2. 2

    Alpha status.

UNBLOCK is early-access software provided as-is. We use it every day to build UNBLOCK itself — and it's still rough in places. Features may change, availability isn't guaranteed, and we'll tell you what's solid and what's coming. Don't use the alpha as your only copy of anything irreplaceable.

  3. 3

    Your data.

Your blocks are yours. We don't train models on your brain data. You can export your blocks anytime as a versioned, integrity-checked bundle, and you can ask us to delete your data (hello@kaeva.app). We process your data only to provide the service — storage, retrieval, and the features you invoke.

  4. 4

    Your account.

You're responsible for your credentials and API keys, for the agents you authorize, and for what your members and agents put in your org's brain. Keep secrets out of blocks you wouldn't want scoped members to read.

  5. 5

    Acceptable use.

Don't use UNBLOCK to break the law, to violate others' rights, to attempt to access other tenants' data, or to probe or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

  6. 6

    Fees.

UNBLOCK is free during alpha. Pricing ships with general availability; early-access teams get founding terms.

  7. 7

    Warranty & liability.

The alpha is provided "as is," without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaeva Labs isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from alpha use.

  8. 8

    Changes.

We may update these terms; we'll note the effective date above and flag material changes to account owners.
